What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?

What if My Order Arrives and the package is Damaged?
To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.
If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the items and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Ready Set Rompers current processing time is 2-3 business days, HOWEVER during drops (new release weeks) and sales our processing time can be 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes approximately 9 business days to deliver within Canada & approximately 6 business days within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and DPO, however, weather delays are possible and are unfortunately out of our control.
*If you are ordering during the month of December, please allow for the usual Christmas rush and a tad of a backlog amongst most shipping carriers this time of year.
International Orders:
Tracking may not be available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update once it enters your country. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information. Please do not refer back to us even if the shipping carrier directs you to us as we do not have any more information about the package that is in their care than you do. If you are concerned about your package, the next step is to file a claim WITH the shipping carrier who was intended to deliver your package and did not.
